Canceling a sponsorship

When you cancel a sponsorship, the change will become effective on your next billing date. Es gibt keine Rückerstattung für Zahlungen für GitHub Sponsors.

Canceling a sponsorship

1. Klicken Sie auf einer beliebigen Seite auf GitHub oben rechts auf Ihr Profilfoto und dann auf Einstellungen.
2. Klicke auf der Seitenleiste im Abschnitt „Zugriff“ auf Abrechnung und Pläne und dann auf Pläne und Verbrauch.
3. Optional kannst du deine Sponsorship im Namen einer Organisation verwalten. Klicke dazu in der oberen linken Ecke auf das Dropdownmenü Zu einem anderen Konto wechseln und dann auf die Organisation.
4. Under "GitHub Sponsors", next to the sponsored account, click your current tier amount, then click Cancel sponsorship.
5. Review the alert about canceling your sponsorship, then click OK.

Canceling a scheduled sponsorship

Organizations that pay for GitHub Sponsors by invoice can schedule the first payment for the next billing date. You can cancel the scheduled sponsorship before it becomes active.

1. Wähle in der rechten oberen Ecke auf GitHub dein Profilfoto aus, und klicke dann auf Your organizations.
2. Klicke neben der Organisation auf Einstellungen.
3. In the "Access" section of the sidebar, click Billing and plans.
4. Under "GitHub Sponsors", in the yellow banner with the start date, click Undo.
5. Review the alert about undoing the activation of the sponsorship, then click OK.
