Managing invoices for your enterprise

You can view, pay, or download a current invoice for your enterprise, and you can view your payment history.

About invoices for your enterprise

For invoiced GitHub Enterprise customers, GitHub bills through an enterprise account on GitHub.com. Each invoice includes a single bill charge for all of your paid GitHub.com services and any GitHub Enterprise Server instances. For more information, see Billing for GitHub Enterprise.

Only invoiced customers can view invoices on GitHub. If you pay automatically via credit card or PayPal, you can view receipts and payment history instead. For more information, see Gerenciar suas informações de pagamento e cobrança.

Viewing your current invoice

  1. Navegue até GitHub Enterprise Cloud.

  2. No canto superior direito do GitHub, clique na sua foto de perfil e em Suas empresas.

  3. Na lista de empresas, clique na empresa que você deseja visualizar.

  4. Na parte superior da página, clique em Configurações.

  5. Em Configurações, clique em Cobrança.

  6. Under "Latest invoice", click View.

Paying your current invoice

  1. Navegue até GitHub Enterprise Cloud.

  2. No canto superior direito do GitHub, clique na sua foto de perfil e em Suas empresas.

  3. Na lista de empresas, clique na empresa que você deseja visualizar.

  4. Na parte superior da página, clique em Configurações.

  5. Em Configurações, clique em Cobrança.

  6. Under "Latest invoice", click Pay invoice.

  7. Under "Pay invoice", type your credit card information in the secure form, then click Pay Invoice.

Downloading your current invoice

  1. Navegue até GitHub Enterprise Cloud.

  2. No canto superior direito do GitHub, clique na sua foto de perfil e em Suas empresas.

  3. Na lista de empresas, clique na empresa que você deseja visualizar.

  4. Na parte superior da página, clique em Configurações.

  5. Em Configurações, clique em Cobrança.

  6. Under "Quick Actions", click Download current invoice.

Viewing your payment history

  1. Navegue até GitHub Enterprise Cloud.

  2. No canto superior direito do GitHub, clique na sua foto de perfil e em Suas empresas.

  3. Na lista de empresas, clique na empresa que você deseja visualizar.

  4. Na parte superior da página, clique em Configurações.

  5. Em Configurações, clique em Cobrança.

  6. To see a summary of your past billing activity, under "Billing", click the Past invoices tab.
