Adding licenses to an organization

Learn how to add licensed seats to your personal or organization account using the new billing platform.

With the new billing platform with an organization on a GitHub Team plan, or a personal account on a GitHub Free or GitHub Pro plan, you can add seats to your account or update your plan through the "Licensing" page.

Adding licenses to an organization

  1. Dans le coin supérieur droit de GitHub, sélectionnez votre photo de profil, puis cliquez sur Vos organisations.
  2. En regard de l’organisation, cliquez sur Paramètres.
  3. Sur le côté gauche de la page, dans la barre latérale de l’organisation, cliquez sur Facturation et gestion des licences.
  4. Click Licensing.
  5. In the GitHub Team banner, click Edit and select Add seats to display the "Billing / Add seats" view.
  6. Define the number of new seats you require. The details of the prorated cost for the remainder of the billing cycle and the total for your next bill are updated automatically.
  7. When you have defined the number of additional seats to add, click Add seats.

You can also use the Edit option to remove seats and see which users are using seats in your account.
