Canceling a sponsorship

When you cancel a sponsorship, the change will become effective on your next billing date. Les paiements pour GitHub Sponsors ne font l’objet d’aucun remboursement.

Canceling a sponsorship

1. Dans le coin supérieur droit de n’importe quelle page sur GitHub, cliquez sur votre photo de profil, puis sur Paramètres .
2. Dans la section « Accès » de la barre latérale, cliquez sur Facturation et plans, puis sur Plans et utilisation.
3. Si vous le souhaitez, pour gérer votre parrainage pour le compte d’une organisation, sélectionnez le menu déroulant Basculer vers un autre compte en haut à gauche et cliquez sur l’organisation.
4. Under "GitHub Sponsors", next to the sponsored account, click your current tier amount, then click Cancel sponsorship.
5. Review the alert about canceling your sponsorship, then click OK.

Canceling a scheduled sponsorship

Organizations that pay for GitHub Sponsors by invoice can schedule the first payment for the next billing date. You can cancel the scheduled sponsorship before it becomes active.

1. Dans le coin supérieur droit de GitHub, sélectionnez votre photo de profil, puis cliquez sur Vos organisations.
2. En regard de l’organisation, cliquez sur Paramètres.
3. In the "Access" section of the sidebar, click Billing and plans.
4. Under "GitHub Sponsors", in the yellow banner with the start date, click Undo.
5. Review the alert about undoing the activation of the sponsorship, then click OK.
