The new, enhanced billing platform offers better spending control and detailed visibility to help you understand your usage with more granular controls.
Who can use this feature?
Outside of GitHub Enterprise Cloud, the new billing platform is available to:
- Organization accounts on a GitHub Free plan created after February 4, 2025.
- Personal accounts (either on GitHub Free or GitHub Pro) created after February 13, 2025.
For existing personal accounts created before February 13, 2025, GitHub will migrate personal accounts to the new billing platform by June 30, 2025.
