在 REST API 的响应中，watchers、watchers_count 和 stargazers_count 对应于为存储库添加星标的用户数，而 subscribers_count 对应于观察程序的数量。

List stargazers

Lists the people that have starred the repository.

This endpoint supports the following custom media types. For more information, see "Media types."

application/vnd.github.star+json: Includes a timestamp of when the star was created.
