You can pin up to three important issues above the issues list in your repository.
To pin an issue, you must have write permissions for the repository the issue is in.
On GitHub Enterprise Server, navigate to the main page of the repository.
Under your repository name, click Issues.
In the list of issues, click the issue you'd like to pin.
In the right sidebar, click Pin issue.
