This policy controls the use of Copilot code review and Copilot pull request summaries in your enterprise.

Enabling Copilot code review for your Copilot subscribers
You can enable Copilot code review and Copilot pull request summaries for your members on the Copilot policies page for your enterprise. See Managing policies and features for GitHub Copilot in your enterprise.
- "Enabled" means all users granted a Copilot license by any of your organizations will be able to use the feature.
- "Disabled" means no users granted a Copilot license by your organizations will be able to use the feature.
- "No policy" means organization owners in each of your organizations will be able to decide if their Copilot licensees can use the feature.

- If you selected Enabled, tell organization owners that these features are enabled for all members.
- If you selected No policy, discuss member enablement with organization owners.
Disabling Copilot code review in your repositories
Copilot policies affect only the users you assign a Copilot license to.
If there are Copilot Pro or Copilot Pro+ users with access to your enterprise's repositories, they will be able to use Copilot code review and will not be restricted by your policies.
Alternatively, you can disable the agent for all repositories owned by your enterprise.
- In the top-right corner of GitHub, click your profile picture.
- Depending on your environment, click Your enterprise, or click Your enterprises then click the enterprise you want to view.
- At the top of the page, click Policies.
- In the "Policies" section, click Copilot.
- On the "GitHub Copilot" page, click the Policies tab.
- Select Block Copilot code review in all enterprise repositories.
