Publicizing or hiding organization membership

If you'd like to tell the world which organizations you belong to, you can display the avatars of the organizations on your profile.

  1. Klicke in der rechten oberen Ecke von GitHub auf dein Profilbild und dann auf Your organizations.

  2. Klicke auf den Namen Deiner Organisation.

  3. Klicke unter dem Namen deiner Organisation auf People.

  4. Locate your username in the list of members. If the list is large, you can search for your username in the search box.

  5. Next to your username, select the visibility dropdown menu, then click a new visibility.

    • To publicize your membership, choose Public.
    • To hide your membership, choose Private.
