By default, new organizations are configured to disallow the forking of private repositories.
If you allow forking of private repositories at the organization level, you can also configure the ability to fork a specific private repository. 詳細は「リポジトリのフォークポリシーを管理する」を参照してください。
- GitHub Enterprise Serverの右上で、プロフィール画像をクリックし、続いてYour profile（あなたのプロフィール）をクリックしてください。
- プロフィールページの左側で、"Organizations"の下であなたのOrganizationのアイコンをクリックしてください。
- Organization名の下で、Settings（設定）をクリックしてください。
- 左のサイドバーで、Member privileges（メンバーの権限）をクリックしてください。
- [Repository forking] で、[Allow forking of private repositories] または [Allow forking of private and internal repositories] を選択します。
- [Save] をクリックします。
